A weekly series focused on deep rest and nervous-system support. Each class alternates between yin and restorative yoga, with every session ending in yoga nidra. This series has been extended from its original start date. If you wish to join in, please reach out. Drop ins are welcome $20/class

Little Yogis Academy® Saskatoon
Welcome to Little Yogis Academy! We are dedicated to supporting children ages 1–15 in discovering the joy of movement, mindfulness, and emotional balance through fun and engaging yoga classes. Our thoughtfully designed sessions incorporate age-appropriate games and gentle guidance, allowing kids to explore their bodies, express themselves, and build confidence at their own pace. Join us in creating a joyful and safe environment where imagination leads the way for every child!
Find Little Yogis Academy® Saskatoon This Fall and Winter
Little Yogis Academy® Saskatoon will be offering programs in a variety of locations throughout Saskatoon and the surrounding area this fall and winter.
Many of our classes will be hosted through local community associations. To find a program near you, please check with your community association and register directly through the hosting organization.
Little Yogis Academy® Saskatoon will also be partnering with the Saskatoon Early Years Family Resource Centres to offer Parent & Tot Yoga and Mom & Baby Yoga programs. Registration and program details for these classes can be found through the Saskatoon Early Years Family Resource Centre websites.
Programs will be available at the West, East, and Martensville/Warman Family Resource Centre locations.
We look forward to supporting children and families through playful movement, mindfulness, connection, and yoga throughout the fall and winter seasons.

A fully customized celebration featuring a themed yoga adventure, premium craft or slime activity, special birthday keepsakes, and enhanced themed materials.
Venue rental, if required, is additional.

The Yoga Room Home Studio
A comfortable and welcoming space for one-on-one private yoga sessions.
Downtown Studio
A professional studio setting in downtown Saskatoon. Due to studio rental costs, a minimum one-hour booking is required.
Mobile Yoga (Your Home)
Enjoy a personalized yoga session in the comfort of your own home. A flat $15 travel fee is included in the pricing below.
