Classe starts the last week of May and runs till last week in July.
Every Thursday at 7am at Play Studio enjoy an hour Yang Yin practice to start the day.
10 spots available and pre registering is suggested.
Those that do register for the entire sessional series will receive a small gift on the last class.
$120 for the whole series ($15 per class).
Drop in rate : $20/per drop in.

**There will be no class on the week of Canada Day and no class the week of
Indigenous Day and International Yoga day (week of June 21st. )

Karma Class
I will be hosting a Karma class for Prairie Harm Reduction Community
on Saturday, June 21st weather permitting. 10am at River Landing by the workout area bring a mat or blanket and appropriate clothing. This is a free class to help build community, come and meet some of the PHR community and enjoy a free outdoor asana based practice from UglyHorse Yoga.
Free Outdoor Yoga in the Park this Summer!
I will be hosting free outdoor park yoga classes throughout the summer and spring as weather permits. The park locations will vary from down by River Landing to Kinsmen Park and other areas in the city that students find peace and creativity.
Saturday, June 21st at 7 am at Kinsmen Park, weather permitting. Join me for a morning yang yin inspired asana based practice in the park to celebrate international yoga day!
